We may assemble and validate information from public records and licensed business-information sources, including corporate and property registries, government filings and gazettes, court records, hotel, brand, and operator websites, press releases and trade publications, securities and investor materials, public professional networks, and business-reference sources. We use data minimization and report-scoping controls to focus on commercially relevant information such as ownership, control, affiliations, corporate relationships, asset history, transaction signals, and business-relevant contacts. Client-safe report templates may exclude full dates of birth, government identification numbers, personal residential addresses, immigration-related details, and other non-essential personal details by default. Where appropriate, deliverables may include source attribution, confidence indicators, and mechanisms to correct or update information.15. PEOPLE IN OUR BUSINESS-CONTACT AND OWNERSHIP DATABASE
